There is a lack of glass recycling in New Orleans, and we knew the Super Bowl produced an exorbitant amount of glass waste. We facilitated a partnership between ENGIE Impact and Glass Half Full, a local New Orleans glass recycling organization started by two Tulane Students. Together, we collected and recycled all stadium glass bottles, turning glass into sand and cullet for coastal restoration and bottle manufacturing.
